You trade it to Tillecoe at the correct time, just like Red and Whitebook pages.. except the only people that can get these are the people who have been selected for the Ballista Royale team..
I wish SE would've allowed the extra members on a team to watch the fights instead of booting the extras after the fight starts :<

3rd party spectators with teamspeak could really give a team a strategic advantage. It's sad, but this is probably for the best.
It's the item for Ballista Royale. There's also a Wyvern Codex that people can get for Ballista Royale.
Just wondering where you get this and if anyone already has it does it help much?
