I don't know for sure, but i've never seen an NPC vending a +1 anything.
if u can get this sword from the get go ur in good shape w/ its + atk its ideal for all sword weilding starters
What makes me mad is that the newbies think these are so much better than your average sword, that they'll pay 10 times more just to get it at the AH.

If you have a higher level Smithing skill then what it calls for, you can get the +1's.

So basically the +1 is not needed to be posted because the stats are diffrent but the build is the exact same? Maybe we should ask for the +1's to be removed untill we get a confirmed way to constantly make it.

If you synth an item over and over again, there's a chance that you'll get a +1 item (especially if you're at a really high synth level)

how in the heck do you synth +1 weapons, the recipies are the same for them both too
