Blizzard Scythe
All the weapons of this type cast a Tier II version of the enchantment.
In this case Blizzard II.
It's full of suck, and cannot magic burst. Buy this only if it's cheaper than the scythe that's used to make it. ;<

SO en blizzard i would guess is the enchhantment? Seems like a nice scythe.

i don't think this is meant to do an {Enblizzard} when activated.
looks like it just casts a {Blizzard} spell.
my guess is these cast spells that don't get {Resist}ed because the weilder wouldn't have {Elemental Magic} {Skill}

i didn't notice before that {Dark Knight} are the only ones that can weild these {Scythe}s. and yeah.... they do have {Elemental Magic} {Skill}z. >_<

Why.... god... why do you type like that? Allakhazam doesn't have an auto-translate, and putting those brackets around everything makes what you type REALLY annoying to read.

an item that cast Magic "Blizzard"
right, all it does is when used casts blizzard on the target. no not blizzard IV or blizzard III, just blizzard... don't really know in which cases this will be good quite yet, but it is probably highly resisted, maybe its a thing they put on to make an already good scythe seem better and make it more expensive.

could be good when you are silenced and bound and the enemy has about 10 HP left... but apart from that..
