Just for those that don't know....
Enchanted items that do not just have 1 charge (reads 1/1) cannot be recharged. The only exception to this is the XP rings.
With that said, this items is actually extremely good for a number of the jobs that can wear it. The HP recovery isn't too bad and the Defense is only 1 less than Centurion. The next best thing isn't really until lvl 34-35ish. Not too bad of an item for a DRK who like Soul Eater either.

I bought the healing vest, but I was wondering is there anyway to recharge the healing capabilities? Or when I use it 30 times it is done? Thanks

This peice is actually really great for Promies. I have used them quite a bit in helping out with Promies and ENMs and such and it has saved my life a few times. The vest has the same defense as Studded Vest so the defense (which is great for this level) coupled with the Restore HP (about 100HP) it helps out when your party is in a bind.
