I was in Gusgen for hours lastnight and only got 2 hrs of sleep before work. I had a 75 SAM/THF with me and still 0/10. Does his /thf work or does this drop rate just suck that bad?

Yay, just got mine. After I was 0/1 in Gusgen, 0/5 in Shakhrami and 0/8 in Ordelle's I was fed up with this task and quit it. But today I helped someone with his RSE Armor in Shakhrami (he was fem/Elvaan too) found the ??? at the cliff @ (J-6) and got the drop! ^^
So I'm 1/15 now.
Uh, and btw: it spawns every 30 minutes, not every 45. I think it might be possible to get a second one if you dropped yours, because this is no quest but just a regular NM drop.
Anyway, I just <3 my Attar Sachet, really a nice piece for Samurais. ^^

Here's a bit more info on this throwing item. I went to Gusgen Mines during the RSE week of Elvann Female. There are 3 spots that spawned the ??? about every 45 minutes. In Gusgen you will fight the Aroma Fly for this rare/ex item. I was able to solo it pretty easy as a 60PLD/30WAR but I had a DRK46/THF15 friend come along to help with the the levers. TH1 from the sub THF on DRK shouldn't have an affect for the drop seeing how the item is a rare/ex. I didn't have much trouble getting the drop seeing I was 1/4. The ??? locations are (I-8) on the 2nd map, (F-7) on the 3rd map, and (H-8) on the 4th map. This can be obtained from the other RSE areas by fighting thier aroma-type mobs. Ordelle's Cave has the Aroma Leech and Maze of Shakhrami has the Aroma Crawler. Hope this helps those looking to obtain this. I'll be using it with my 53MNK. ^^

Yes, first available RSE time, I was in Ordelle's. Only person after this thing and killed about 8 leeches before it finally dropped.

ya, it drops from the Racial areas, so like when its your races day for Racial gear and its right sex, then u investigate the ??? but im not sure where
gimme! if anyone gets any info on this please send me a message o.o I could really realy use this ^^ thank yas
