Soil Gorget  

The latent is activated by using a weaponskill of the gorgets elemental type. So this one is Scission or Gravitation.

"LIQUEFACTION" and "FUSION" attribute.

Snow Gorget: Latent activates when using a WS that possesses
"INDURATION" and "DISTORTION" attribute.

Breeze Gorget: Latent activates when using a WS that possesses
"DETONATION" and "FRAGMENTATION" attribute.

●●ソイルゴルゲット
Soil Gorget: Latent activates when using a WS that possesses
"SCISSION" and "GRAVITATION" attribute.

●●サンダーゴルゲット
Thunder Gorget: Latent activates when using a WS that possesses
"IMPACTION" and "FRAGMENTATION" attribute.

●●アクアゴルゲット
Aqua Gorget: Latent activates when using a WS that possesses
"REVERERATION" and "DISTORTION" attribute.

●●ライトゴルゲット
Light Gorget: Latent activates when using a WS that possesses
"TRANSFIXTION" and "FUSION" attribute.

●●シャドウゴルゲット
Shadow Gorget: Latent activates when using a WS that possesses
"COMPRESSION" and "GRAVITATION" attribute.

And as I've said before, if it was base on the Icon next to the WS 90% of the gorgets are useless because 90% of them are grey/white.
