Been having trouble getting these off Ashman on Pandy server since update. They can be rare I know, but 0/21 is getting a bit out of hand. Can anyone confirm he still drops so I dont feel i'm going crazy?

I can confirm he still drops this. I believe I went 1/4 trying to get an item for the Uleguerand Map quest (which has still yet to drop...)

Is it really that rare of a drop? I was camping Mr. Ashman for my Hotrok item to get the Uleguerand Map item, and claimed him 4 times. First time he dropped this, second I got only gil, third time he dropped another ingot, and 4th I got hotrok item.. and I was using whm/blm. So either I was damned lucky or they've bumped up the drop rate? Think i'll get a few more so I can have some one make me a sheet then I can get lure crafted to get Reverend Mail !! sweet..

i got a few of these to drop last time i was in old movalpolos. what do they usually sell for? i havent noticed them in bazaars b4.
Its "Moblumin Ingot" not moblunim. It also drops from the Goblin Freeman (the red one in the group of 5 moblins that wander around together)
This is used in synthing a moblumin sheet, which is used to make a shrimp lantern to spawn Shen.(NM Uragnite on Purgono Isle that drops Reverend Mail)

moblin freelance has 3-4 gobs with him so best to have help if trying to attain the ingot.

i farm these as a BLM... sleepga2 as first spell, then waste the freelance, then run to the zone before the other ones wake up ^^ Works quite good... it's just that these things have a droprate beyond horrible. i'm about 7/89 now (yes, i am insane, i level goldsmithing) , and that's with thief subjob :'(
