can the enchantments be recharged... for example the empress band can be recharged with exp boost?

yeah i'd love to use these in a party :P
I found with the Mighty rings (like this enchanted item) they stack I normally equip 2 of the Mightys while leveling a low melee job in the dunes to get 2x the stats. Since I'm currently leveling Rdm this would be an intresting combo.

Does this stack with the eldritch bone hairpin? That would be +5 to each respective stat, not to mention food on top of both of that.
Follow up question, is there a melee equivilant to these items?... I.E. +Str +Dex etc...

1) No it won't stack if it follows the pattern of other new enchanted items, the enchant will stick with you for either the random duration or until you take off the pin (Which Ever Comes First).
2) Melee equivalents are Vision Ring and Mighty Ring. These are enchanted versions of Amythest Ring and Sardonyx Ring. In addition to the standard stats of the ring, Vision givese +2 Accuracy to Melee and Ranged, and Mighty gives you +5 Melee and Ranged Attack.
From various sources, the duration seems to be level based, higher level = higher duration up to around 30 minutes, but that level thing might just be coincidence.

I used as
THF-54: lasted 30 mins.
RDM-27~30: lasted 30 mins.
Edit: I didn't use this hairpin, I used the Mighty ring/Vision ring (Seem to be similar type enhanced items).
