i dunno why or what caused it, but after conquest update moogle said that he found a horn quiver in my Wickerd Box, pescky moogle snooping through my stuff !!! oh well he gave it to me.

These boxes don't have mog hancement xp per se, but you can use them with the Oak Bed to boost the wind energy and therefore allow yourself to keep the mog hancement xp gained from the bed even if you add other items...Plus they have 2 storage which makes them a little nicer than trying to build up the mog hancement xp with other 1 slot wind items...
Oak Bed +5 to wind XP moghancement (1 storage slot)
Wicker Box +2 to wind Wind Moghancement(Great for wood workers)(2 storage slots)
Only other wind items are Desk (1 slot) +5 wind, and Royal Bookshelf (1 slot) not sure how many to wind...
As a bonus your moogle will also give you a horn quiver if your fame is good and your countries conquest rank is good if you have a box in your home!

im lvl 30, the guy in guild tell me recipe, but says im not high enough lvl to craft, WTF ... 30 woodcrafting, do i need leather also?
The recipe for this item is 1 willow lumber, 3 rattan lumber, 1 ram leather, and 1 earth crystal. It also requires some leatherwork skill, but not sure how much.

After having one of these in your mog house for a while (seemed like more than one earth week) your moogle will find a Horn Quiver inside and give it to you.

I saw a JP player selling these on the <Unicorn> server about 2-3 months ago.
He/she had like 20 of em, so they must be crafted.
