Objective

Procure the supplies indicated by the federation quartermaster.

Walkthrough

This Campaign Operation is found under "Resource Procurement" when you talk to Emhi Tchaoryo.
To start this quest, your current campaign rank must be Bronze Ribbon of Service or higher.

Once you have activated the quest, talk to the Quartermaster at (F-9) in Windurst Waters (S). She will ask you to bring her a list of random items. Obtain the requested items by either purchasing them from the Auction House, HELM, or farming them from the mobs that drop them. Possible requested items include Dhalmel Hair, Giant Bird Feather, Giant Femur, Gnat Wing x4, Ice Crystals x12, Insect Wing x12, Lycopodium Flower, Lynx Hide, Lynx Meat, Rafflesia Petal, Rafflesia Vine, and Raptor Skin. Trade the items to the Quartermaster, then report back to Emhi Tchaoryo to complete the quest.

Note: If you aquire any of the requested items by any means beside purchase or trade, you will obtain Key Item: Supply Order. However, this key item is not required to complete the quest.
