What will be the first and final assignment given to you by Gunther Schultz II, the legendary reformer of military strategy? Your rite of passage begins by obtaining a scholar's testimony...

Walkthrough

Starting this quest is as simple as entering Xarcabard for a cutscene. The one thing you'll have to make sure would be to meet the minimum requirements:

• SCH leveled 66 or higher (you'd have to do Maat's Genkai 1 through 4)
• Have all AF Quests for SCH completed
• SCH set to your main job

After the cutscene, make your way to the Indescript Markings in the zone (sorry, don't have the coords, edit the wiki and add them in if you know it!) and trade it a Scholar's Testimony. This will transport you to the Throne Room.

Touch the door for a cutscene, then trade the testimony to the door to enter the BCNM where you will face the Prof himself. He'll also be assisted by a Crimson Grimoire.

The Grimoire can be of any element. Depending on the element it is, if you cast the same element, it'll restore it's HP. Best bet is to try to kill off the Grimoire first then focus your attention on the Professor. Good luck!
