Summary

The Spare Cardian you jokingly taught a silly salutation to has grown up .... and is unable to forget that greeting. Now that he's a full-grown Cardian, you better find him and undo what you taught him ... otherwise, he'll remain a walking joke.

Walkthrough

  • Complete The All-New C-2000
  • Talk to Kororo and choose any greeting. Talk to the Cardian that Kororo specifies. He will ask you to give him his new greeting. Choose one, it doesn't matter which.
  • Come back some time later (Midnight JST) and talk to Kororo and he will blame you for messing up her cardian.
  • Speak to the Cardian at the outpost in Buburimu Peninsula (Nation Control has no bearing, The cardian will be there even if it is Beast Controlled)
  • Speak again to Kororo.

This quest cannot be flagged if you have Windurst Mission 9-2 open.

Impossible sometimes

Like many quests involving outposts, if Windurst does not control Tahronqi/Buburimi, you can't finish this quest. (Which means you may have a week or more until you can finish it)

You must first go to the other side of the Manustery from where Koporu-Poporu is, talk to the NPCs, and then talk to the Cardians. You teach one of them a new greeting (I taught them WHASSSSSSUP? hehe). Then I guess a day or two later, you can activate the quest by talking to the other npcs that were next to the cardian. This quest does not originate with Koporu-Poporu though. From there you gotta find him, and I don't know where to find him. But he's the Five of Spades!!!
Me neither

You need to raise your fame level. You also need to check to see if you've talked to all the cardians needed and have "programmed" the one than needs a greeting (near the starting NPC). After doing all that, I had to wait a bit (you may simply need to zone) before the quest started.
faulty?

completed the new cardian quest and I cannot get Kopuro to send me to Kororo. Maybe there's a level restriction that isn't listed yet or something. Lvl 5 Mithra thief isn't able to take the quest though.
