Deliver the receipt for the prince's cloak to the chateau guards.

Speak with Rosel in Southern San d'Oria in the armor shop.

He will ask you to deliver a reciept to one of the princes in the castle.

After he hands you the Receipt for the Prince, take it to the castle entrance in Northern San d'Oria and speak with the guard named Guilerme. He will ask you the name of the prince you are suppose to deliver the reciept to. Just choose the correct prince and then return to Rosel and receive your reward. But make sure to remember the prince's name, for you get a lower reward for the incorrect prince name.

Response varies?

After the guard comes back from returning the reciept, he makes a fuss about your appearence. Rosel comfirms this and hints at a Mithran seamstress to help improve your taste in fashion ( an additional quest ).

I've always completed this quest at a level where my characters are either wearing bronze gear or the original RSE. Has anyone done this at a later level and gotten a different response? Or will they snub your armour either way?

Even though this question was posted almost a year ago, thought I'd at least answer this. I ran around Sandy trying to raise fame (trying to get all avatar quests, etc.) & talked to all NPCs to get all the quests I could. I did this quest yesterday as my main job (lvl 60 RDM) and wearing full AF gear & I got the same response about my appearance. So seems to be a generic response. Certainly not the first time an NPC has said something stupid, and I'm afraid not the last... ;)

The NPC that I gave the note to was, indeed, named "Guilerme". He is not *inside* the castle. He is actually in ***Northern San d'Oria*** at position (I-7). As many have posted here before, you need to remember the name of the prince that the note is going to, as he will ask you. There are only two choices:

1. Pieuje
2. Trion

The quest randomly selects one of the two. If, like me, and several others that posted here, you forgot which prince you were supposed to deliver the note to, you can return to Rosel in ***Southern San d'Oria*** at position (K-8), and he will remind you which prince the note is going to. Write down or remember the right name and return to the NPC just outside of the main castle entrance to complete the quest.

1. Get the quest from Rosel The Armorer in ***Southern San d'Oria*** at position (K-8)
2. Write down the name of the prince that you need to give the receipt to
3. Deliver the receipt to (in my case and maybe all others) an NPC named "Guilerme" in ***Northern San d'Oria*** at position (I-7)
4. Select the correct Prince when Guilerme asks you which one to deliver the note to.
5. Return to Rosel in ***Southern San d'Oria*** at position (K-8) and collect 200 Gil.

When I did it was Pieuje. If you forget what prince you need to give the item to go back to the shop and talk to Rosel, and he will tell you what Prince it needs to go too.

Can't find NPC

I looked through the entire chateau/castle that I had access to and I can not find an NPC name Guilmere. All the NPC's I talk to give me the same generic dribble and nothing about the receipt. What's the correct name for the NPC to talk to and where (coordinates) are they located?

If you haven't found him yet, the guard is standing outside the castle. This quest was made to be complete-able before you gain access to the castle.
Given Title?

It can be either, one ofmine had Pieuje, my other char have trion
wrong prince = no reward
# Nov 04 2003 at 7:48 PM Rating: Default
It can be Trion, or Pieuje. If you say the wrong one that the reciept is for when you do it you get nothing and he calls you an Imbicile, so write down or remember which one it is WHEN you get the quest, you can't look at your quest in your menu to find out.

However, if you do it immediately, you can look in your log!
Random Name

It changes for each person. When I did it, I had Trion.

The correct prince is Pieuje
# Oct 31 2003 at 8:38 PM Rating: Good
1. Rosel is a guy, not a girl
2. The item to deliver is not a book, it is a receipt.

I have confirmed that you are correct.

The correct name of the quest is Rosel the Armorer.
