In-Game Text

Description

You need to complete the "Teacher's Pet" quest and have Fame Lvl 3 before you can obtain this quest.

The students' answer sheets from their recent written exam have been stolen. The School of Magic urgently requests that you track down the answer sheets and return them.

Talk to Tauwawa in the same room as Fuepepe. She mentions an advanced student, Chomoro-Kyotoro was waiting to meet Ms.Fuepepe but disappeared so doesn't know if the student met with the teacher.

Chomoro-Kyotoro will be found on top of the Aurastery in class. (K6) Others in class mention his nervousness.

The item needed is a 'RARE' item called Test Answers; description: a pile of test answer sheets.

You get Test Answers from killing Wendigoes inside the secret room of the 3 mages. That room is inside the Inner Horutoto Ruins and you need a Red Mage, Black Mage, and a White Mage to stand on the symbols outside the secret door.

As for the reward, it is a scroll of Aspir.

You take the answer sheets to Fuepepe who tells you to take them to the principal (Koru-Moru) in Walls. He tells you to return to Fuepepe and also gives you a key-item for Chomoro-Kyotoro.

When you speak with Fuepepe you recieve a scroll of Aspir (25BLM/20DRK).

Can't get Reward

I bought the answers, traded to Fuepepe, traded it to Koru Moru, Talked to Fuepepe, (didn't work) Talked to Chomoro, talked to Fuepepe again. Still didn't work. any ideas?

For what it's worth I can't finish this quest either. I gave Fuepepe his test answers and he told me to give them to the headmaster. So I went to Koru-Moru and gave them to him. He graded them, gave me the key item and told me to back to Fuepepe to tell him this one student had to retake the exam.

Went back to talk to Fuepepe, but he only talks about how glad he is I'm helping the school. Gave the key item to Chomooro and then talked to Fuepepe again... still nothing. Talked to everyone in the school, they all say how happy they are for my help or something along those lines.

I'm thinking this is the text from Mission 5 (which I have picked up from the gate guard but haven't "started" yet) overriding the quest text. So I'm hoping that after I finish the mission I can also finish this quest (finally).

Not sure what it is exactly the Fuepepe says, but it has something to do with the three things they try to teach their students and how glad he is I offered to help out.

(And for those who don't know, mission 5 is where you help the magic school out by killing monsters in Tahrongi.)

Worked fine for me.

So you HAD the quest to do in your list, traded the answers to Fuepepe and he SAID to give it to the guy, right?

There might be another step.. after Fuepepe says to trade it to the other guy, you notice he doesn't say who it is. I talked to him AGAIN, THEN he says something like "don't you know who that is? its the guy in windhurst walls" (koru moru) You just talk to him again and he says that, no need to zone.

I'm not sure if you have to get him to say that or not for it to work. Then you bring it to koru and he clearly says what to do next.

Talking to Chomooro at the end is just closure, I already had the aspir scroll from Fuep.

On odin server:
4 k for test answers, sold Aspir for 25 k

So I rated this quest excellent ;) I had the quest for a while when I finally found out here that the reward was aspir.

I got in game, test answers at AH average price of 4k.

Aspir at AH average price history of 25 k.

Did quest, put Aspir up for 25 k. Went and checked mog house in a bit, had 25 k.

did /joy

You need fame before you can do the quest, if you are from windurst you should have enough fame, if not you need to do about 20+ quests from windurst to get enough.

For those peoples that have done this quest. Can you tell me how many quests have you done before you start this quest? Are you from Windurst or other country?

I'm from Windy. I'm rank 2(.25) and did about 20-25 quests before I got this one. Hope that helps. ^_^

What other prerequisits are there besides the Teacher's Pet quest. Does it require the rank of 3.5 to get the Three Mages - MISSION 8?

I meet all the requirements listed in this thread and they still wont give me the quest.

Okay, I bought the quest item in Jueno for around 3k. But I can't get any of the NPCs in that room to give me the quest. I've talked to Fuepepe and the other NPCs mentioned. I'm a level 25 BLM from Sandoria, and I had enough fame to do the Drain quest there. Any suggestions?
RE: yes, but

That's because fame is a town by town basis. I recommend doing more quests in Windurst. You could've done 500 quests in San d'Oria and it wouldn't of changed a thing in Windurst.

From JonnyRam's FAQ. "Aspel" magic is probably a mistranlation. I can't find any "aspels" in any of the AH magic listings or in the lists of spells here. Perhaps it means "Aspir" or "Dispel".

You must have already done Teacher's Pet.
#Anonymous, Posted: Nov 18 2003 at 2:13 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I got mine from the AH for 2900gil...finished the quest too...not much to it...

Okay...so you spent 2900 gil and finished the quest. What did you get? I mean, is it worth dropping money on this or what? Otherwise, I'd like to wait and see how to get the test answers without going to the AH.

The question is - where do they come from? For what they sell for I'm betting they are not easy to come by.

I've seen an item called "Test Answers" or something at the auction house.
