that the Mystery of XXX NPCs were once designed to give quests that will give you a password to use on the strange aparuts of that element, but none of these NPCs have been ever found to my knowldge in thier listed places.
Has anyone actually found the NPC who gives this quest? I ran around Ru'Lude Gardens for a while trying to find him, but I never saw him. I also noticed that Mysterytour removed this quest from their database. Presumably someone submitted this quest after seeing it there since the description is the same
it looks as if this was a lvl cap 70 quest - thus it has been replaced with maat doing all lvl cap quests
