If you want Vids of Spharai CS or Final Heaven, check out the Kujata forum and click on the one that says "Congratulation to Gradient" or something along those lines. Gradient is a MNK on Kujata Server (w00t) who recently got his Spharai. Made vids of the cutscene that you get, and 2 vids of him doing Light SCs on monsters. The link to the vids is somewhere on the page.

Leader of my LS recently got the Caestus. Final Heaven is pretty cool, there's a video posted under the Caestus page of him in dynamis.

The thing at the top is wrong, by the way, it takes 61 L. Jadeshells to get the Caestus, and I think 100 hundred byne bills to get the Spharai.

I'd never tell anyone to take any advice 100% seriously, but I've looked up quite a bit about Relic Knuckles purely out of curiosity and boaredom at work. I'm in the same LS as Ascent and am very impressed by our LS leader's Caestus & Final Heaven skill.

Some interesting info - The skill Final Heaven builds in strength the more you use it. Rough guesses from things I've read are about +5% damage per 100 uses, so after 1000 uses, you'd be at about a +300 damage adder to it. Not sure if this caps, or gets exponentially harder to build like limit points meaning that first upgrade after 100 uses, then 2nd upgrade after 250 uses, then 3rd damage upgrade after 500 uses, etc. Regardless, it does get more powerful over time.

The weapon skill does NOT get a damage modifier with Sneak Attack, much like elemental based attacks don't.

Much as Apocaypse and Namas Arrow can build an additional skillchain burst off of Light or Dark, Knuckles can also. Ex. two people skillchain & burst dark, you then use Final Heaven and burst Dark again off of that kind of like an L4 burst.

*** let me add the disclaimer that none of this info should be taken at face value, however, I've read instances of these things from multiple sources and believe them to be at least partially true. Got most of the information from JP sites like eLeMeN, stuff like that. Reputable places.

My advice would be to search yourself and corroborate my findings. Use Google Language Tools to translate since it works very well with Japanese to English translation.

Militant Knuckles
Adaman Sheet
Griffon Leather
4x 100 Byne Bills.

Dynamis Knuckles
Metal Knuckles
Bronze Knuckles
Koenig Knuckles
14x M. Silverpieces

I'm currently working to complete these, but have yet to find many coins. I do know for a fact that the third upgrade requires an Attestation of Might from the Hydra NM's of Dynamis Beaucedine. Along with 6,400 single currencies. The fourth upgrade requires a Necropsyche from Dynamis Xarcabard (dropped from the Shadow Dragons), and supposedly rumored to need over 10,000 currencies. Needless to say it must be true, or there wouldn't be any use of the 10,000 currencies (10,000 Byne Bill, Ranperre Goldpiece, etc)

May I ask where you got your information as to which knuckles you need for the 2nd upgrade, as well as the quantity and type of currencies for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th upgrades?

Thanks for the information.
A simple question for mysimple mind.

mysterytour lists a weapon mob thing in one of the new dynamis areas, there is one for every weapon time including a instrument type, so i think the attestation of whatever comes from these mobs, just a idea

To complete the picture, to upgrade to the militant knuckles you must trade those materials and 4 100 Byne Bills to Switchstix inside Castle Zvahl Bailey. The next game day you will get the knuckles.

The 2nd-stage upgrade, if it is anything like the other 2nd-stage relic upgrades, will involve trading him 3 increasingly expensive hand-to-hand weapons and upwards of 12-16 100 Byne Bills and waiting one earth week for your new weapon, the Dynamis Knuckles.

Every relic upgrade is done in this manner, via Switchstix in Castle Zvahl Bailey, and they all involve materials gained from multiple trips to Dynamis.

And the final form of the weapon is the Spharai, not Sparhai.

'Attestation of Might' and 'Mystic Fragment' are likely mistranslations from the original japanese. It's possible an NA player has these things, but they haven't confirmed the official names of these items.
