Place a Stationary Set in your Mog House. After the next conquest update, go to your home nation's Mog House and Moogle will tell you that he wrote you a song. He will then give you Scop's Operetta.

I'm sooo pissed right now. I just got this damned scroll...make my mog safe bigger you pudgy, white #$%(*#$%!!!!!

Don't leave a stationery set out if you want your moogle to do something useful like say acknowledge you have a 100k mahogany bed that's been sitting there for 2 weeks now. (Not enough fame the first week with lvl 4, now this crap.)

Requires a fame level of 3 or higher.

The Moogle's Picnic (Expansion #2)
Requires a fame level of 6 or higher.
Mahogany Bed placed in MogHouse.

Moogles in the Wild (Expansion #3)
Requires a fame level of 9 or higher.
Noble's Bed placed in MogHouse.

They don't have the Prequisite info here, the Stationary is an exclusive item recieved in the Reap What you Sow quest.
You need a flowerpot in your MH before he'll give you the quest, then he'll give you some seeds to grow a Sobbing Fungus, which you'll give to him for some gil and a Stationary Set.

As regards the "Reap What you Sow" quest, I did not have a flower pot (or anything at all) in my MH, and still received & completed this quest. (Just bought Sobbing Fungus from AH to save time.)
