Summary

Tehf Kimasnahya wants you to get a vial of luminous water from Ekhu Pesshyadha.

Walkthrough

T Talk to Tehf Kimasnahya (F-8) to start the quest. She will ask you to procure a Vial of Luminous Water (key item) for a special secret something she is making and will tell you that she knows Ekhu Pesshyadha (H-6) has some.

Go talk to Ekhu and she will tell you that she will only give it to you if you bring her this new cute guy that she has seen. (Note: If you already have the quest Arts and Crafts started, you will receive that cutscene first and will have to speak with her again for this quest.)

Talk to Zabahf (F-8) standing next Tehf for a cutscene, then go back to Ekhu for another cutscene where she gives you the Luminous Water. Return to Tehf where she tells you the the Luminous Water was for making a special potion to remove all her desires.

Next walk to (J-10) under a bridge near the BLU quest starter, Waoud, for a cutscene. Head back to speak to her.

Finally, wait until JP Midnight and speak to Tehf again. She will thank you for your services and reward you with a Bibiki Seashell.
