Latent Effect: DEX

ive considered this earring because at lvl 30DRK im subbing thf no question, however, right now i have 2 beetle earrings+1 and i was just wondering whether to give up the attack for this dex(im elvaan so the answer should seem obvious, however,
it always seems like my dmg doesnt live up to its potential) anyway, ill prolly get this earring anyway but i'd appreciate any input, thanks
