lasts 3 min w/o merits takes 5 min to recast it. Has the same effect used main or sub job. It stacks with food and other abilties. -Many- will say this is the single best melee ability for damage in the game.

It's Atk +25%, Def -25%.
Berserk straight out without any enhancer's, food AF etc, raises ur atk 25% of wat it currently is. I have 75 WAR, but i tested it with ninja <53NIN/26WAR>, my atk is 220, when i used berserk it brought my atk to 275, a 55 atk increase, 55 is 25% of 220. Next time i use my warrior I'll see if it's any different if it is your main.

i'm not 100% sure on how long it lasts, but the recharge time is 3 min, i'll get back to you on how long it lasts lol, but it isnt 3 minutes

By how much does Breserk increase your attack power and how much does it decrease your Defence power.?
Well for me at lvl 15.. it raises my attack by 15... and makes my defense 15 less than my attack...so not a set decrease... i have tried with various defense amounts and it was always 15 less than my attack... for instance: use berserk.. attack goes to 78... then defense goes to (78-15) 63. Im not sure if protect changes defense after using beserk.. i tried to see but no one seems to want to cast it on me in Bastok.... I'll edit when i find out.
Otay... Protect does NOT stack with berserk... so no matter how high your defense it (as long as its equal or higher than attack) it will chnage to attack-15.

i coulda sworn that the duration is 1:30 wth a recharge of 3 mins

No, that's correct it's 3 minute duration 5 minute cooldown.(Perhaps it used to be that, but was changed)
