Should be in H-8. It's on top of one of those raised platform thingys that have the staircases. There's a few of them that look the same, but I think it's in the upper half of that grid. Good luck!

What would be a good level of group to do this? How high of a level are these bats? Is it a certain type of bat, or any bat in the Beaucedine "Delkfutt-like" tower?

Sorry, forgot to mention levels. I was whm41 and I had a whm67 and rdm 60 with me. We got an extra aggro and got cut down. We came back later with a blm 70 and nin70 and we were more careful that time, and it couldn't be any easier. I'm not sure what the level would be at for a regular equal-leveled party to do it at, but I would certainly suggest finding some high level Japanese players to assist. I'm sorry if I can't be any more specific. As I recall, there was only one type of bat? And it was probably Fei-Yin castle come to think of it. I'll try to answer any more questions as best I can.

Read below for the quest-giver.
Ok, I actually got this before getting my Yhoat and Altep spells. You need to travel all the way north to Beaucedine I believe. From there, you can enter the Delkfutt-like structure at around J-5. You need to fight bats and get the extremely rare Fei'Yin Chest Key to drop. Don't try this without a very high level party. The first time I went in with 2 friends, we got caught by some linking mobs. When we came back later with two more, it was much easier. Anyway, after finding the key, you have to find the chest, which is another task which is made simpler with more eyes searching. After you open it, you'll get a tome of some sort. Return to Eperdur upstairs in San d'Oria cathedral and he'll give you the Vahzl scroll.

Oh, I forgot to add, you might want to get the telepoint crystal from Xarcabard while you're in the area.

Quest starts with the same fellow who gives the Teleport-Holla quest in San D'oria. I got it this quest right after I finished the Teleport-Holla quest, so it appears as if the Holla-fame is enough to get this one as well (that is, 4 quests completed with 90-100 repeats).
