with this trait i can sc a lot but it gets anoying waiting for the tanks to get the tp to match mine most of the time i sit around with 300% and the tanks are around 80% then they dont let me know when they are useing their scs till its too late

"Store TP" is [({0.05*[lvl of TPstore-1]}+0.1)*baseTP]+baseTP That is the folmula posted idk personaly. [({0.05*[54-1]}+0.1)*13]+13= 48.75
Under that folmula a SAM whearing that gear and have Store TP IV could gain 48.75 TP per hit. Meaning one could almost hit twice then WS,(then beacuse you gain TP from useing a WS) hit once then WS again, hit once and WS again...this never stops!
too much math for me =P but anyways i am 51 Sam atm.
i do have Shinimusha Haidate and noticed they give me just 1% more tp. never got the jse since no one really seems to want to farm subs lol
I have the koryami/w/e GK the 1.5 mil one puisance rings ( 2 more lvls then its on to victory's) spiked finger gauntlets (trying to remember what gear i mainly use), Walkures mask, nomads mantle beetle +1 earings fed kayahans spike necklace life belt some bow +1 and brigandine. waiting for af gloves to use rice balls or should i use those now? debating on wether to keep the Shinimusha Haidate though.
er meant they give me just 1 more tp, considering selling them and spending gil on something else or save for hauby.

According to every reputable source I've found Store TP+50 would simply create 1.50 times as much TP as the base hit, with Store TP IV's +25 bringing it to 1.75.
Therefore an 11.5% hit (450 delay) would become 20.125%, not 48.75 (holy crap).
Store TP works as such, Base TP * (1 + StoreTP%). So here's the example of a 75SAM asumming he's naked. (Store TP IV giving a .25% increase of TP.) 5.0 + [(450 - 180) * 6.5] / 270 = 11.5 TP 11.5 TP * 1.25 = 14.375 rounded to 14.3 TP
Not sure where your equation came from, but I'm guessing you dropped a 0 somewhere.

Obviously that's a completely unrealistic venture. The approximate calculation for people who are poor with math is to just say that every +10 Store TP you get is approximately 1% TP. I don't think that's exact by any means, but if you rewrite your equation as...
[({0.005*[54-1]}+0.1)*13]+13= 17.745% TP/swing.
Guessing you forgot a 0 when you posted '0.05', because that value is just way too high.
That number is also assuming that a sam with an average 450 delay great katana is getting 13% TP with Store TP IV, but I don't know since my samurai is only level 66. Seems like a viable outcome, however.

Kk lemme clear some things up like the 2str=1 store tp, NO! Stop posting because you obviously know nothing about sam lol sorry store TP lvs are 10 30 50 I think 60 and 70 for sure, came on to see if anyone knew If I get another one at 75, would be uber. Store TP is not overrated slap urself again, I get 16-17tp per hit and there is more store TP gear to be had. I think the store TPs traits just give like 1tp more per hit every trait, but yeah its good. yes Zanshin is teh uber, Id say atleast 40%+, btw it takes +10 store Tp for one extra Tp on a hit, incase that hasnt been cleared up SAM72/WAR/THF Ifrit
Store TP I gives 10% more TP, each subsequent version of it gives 5% more on top of that. Store TP II gives 15% more, Store TP 3 gives 20% more, and store TP 4 gives 25% more.
Edit: When I say it gives 10% more tp, I mean that if you normally get 10% tp per hit for a weapon you now get 11%. If you only get 5% tp per hit with a dagger you would get 5.5 per hit (or 11% for two hits). I hope this helps.

Well the lvl 50 JSE gives "Store TP" +9 and it only gives 1% more per hit. (without other equip) I mean I normally get 12% and with the JSE equipped I get 13%. But even without my JSE and my normal equip I get 13% (+2 STR = +1 Store TP too), so how have you to count these Store TP + ?
As of the new TP gain from the recent patch, TP for a delay of 1-180= 5%, 180-450 is 5.0 + [(Delay - 180) * 6.5] / 270 (rounded down to the nearest tenth), 450-480 is 11.5 + [(Delay - 450) * 1.5] / 30, 480-530 is 13.0 + [(Delay - 480) * 1.5] / 50, 530-999 is 14.5 + [(Delay - 530) * 3.5] / 470.

From the pants I believe it's an approximation. "Store TP" +9 would be an approximate value of .9%. I'm not 100% sure though. I have not worn them to say how they work.

With the Late Febuary 2005 update i have heard that they added to "Zanshin",lvl 60 samurai, this trait is supposed to attack again if you missed the previous attack. Can someone please verify how often this works? it would be much appreciated. <<<57 Sam/Rng ,Sidewinder owns!!!
ive heard it also gives an enhanced latent effect, im working on verifying that. if true, im gonna tell the whm from now on to not heal me lol.
also, i have observed that *maybe* you get more tp on more successful consecutive hits. i have not seen this happen in months, however. the last time my acc was high enuff to take on a mob that wouldnt die within two hits, and be able to make 5+ straight hits.... i was lvl 10 lol.
