Had this spell for a couple weeks.
Gonna test it on a Gob in Rollanberry.
1. Slow1's attack speed.
2. Slow2's attack speed.
3. Slow2 Meritted once attack speed.

OK.
Without slow. -> Delay was like 3 seconds.
Slow1-> Delay was about 4.25 - 4.50 seconds between attacks.
Slow2-> Delay was about 5 - 5.25 seconds between attacks.
Slow2+1m-> Delay was about 5.50 - 6 seconds between attacks.
*Note that the smithy after the slow2 merit was a different smithy mob.
So the differnce seems to be a second or so between spells and merits.
Is it worth it? Well i don't think i'm going to merit it again.

Slow2-> Delay was about 5 - 5.25 seconds between attacks.
Slow2+1m-> Delay was about 5.50 - 6 seconds between attacks.

I've tested Slow II vs. Hojo Ni, while I didn't get the exact Slow% on the spell, I did notice it goes this way:
Slow < Hojo: Ichi < Hojo: Ni < Slow II.
Slow II being the strongest, Slow II overwrote Ni, Ni had no effect on Slow II.
(Note: Slow II didn't have any additional merits, only unlocked
Seems RDM's tier II spells are better than Ni for Ninjas.

its true that at lvl1 they last about 30sec although if u put bioIII or diaIII X3 it can be extremely effective for DoT and debuff in general

Yeah, it's great. It's close to Elegy, which is pretty amazing. I'm not sure on the exact slow% but I know it's pretty high(probably close to 40-50% like elegy). I know when the enemy has elegy and slow II on they attack REALLY slow. I'm curious about the increased effects when slow II is upgraded.
I plan on doing Paralyze II (x2), Slow II (x2), and Blind II (x2) personally. PhalanxII seems only mildly helpful, and I was told that DiaIII and BioIII only last 30 seconds at first level. Unfortunately, I have not confirmed that myself so I don't know.

Anyone have a comparison versus the regular Slow spell? I'm curious to know if this is actually worth meriting.
