this does not give +5 acc to the Dragoon, it raises the acc given by the trait to the wyvern breaths by 5 with each lvl.

Strafe Lv. 2..
Raiden continued to use his 180 Breaths at 100% HP, far far less resist. Also, something nice, when Raiden's HP was around 50~99%, 50% of the time he would do a breath damage variant to his HP he had to a Merit Mob (Skoffin, Sea puk, Mamook, Jnun, Flies, ect.). For instance, when Raiden used Ice breath on a Sea puk at about 95~7ish % HP after a AoE, and did 172. I've had raiden do as low as 140-ish damage on breaths with his life gauge above half life, but I cant seem to make his Breath stay accurate below 50% =\.
I haven't decided to take Strafe to level 3 for the final test, Instead merited Empathy twice. Once I get my merits capped, which wont be too much longer, Ill lower empathy, and test out strafe level 3. If anyone has any info on it, let us know, Im very interested in knowing if I should degrade Empathy for it ^^.

So if your Wyverns HP(not max hp) effects Breath attacks... that must be why I never break 50+ on IT mobs.. I thought it only effected healing breath lol. I'm definetly going 3 merits to Deep Breathing 1 in angon and 2 in strafe. :x thanks

Does this have any effect on healing breath? or only on on the ele breaths?

I would like to know if it has an effect on Healing Breath as well.
