I got curious, since it was mentioned that there are AAs tagged as RoK, even though there wasn't an AA feature at that time, and I looked them up:
https://www.raidloot.com/aa?Name=&Effect=&Class=Druid&Tab=&Exp=Ruins+of+Kunark The only AAs which showed up are one line per class, for melee related attacks, and only for some classes, "Innate XXXX". Not sure why those were marked as RoK, since they didn't exist at that time. My only thought is, as AAs came out with each expac, occasionally there would be AAs made available at much lower levels. When that happens now, those AAs are still tagged as being part of the current expac, meaning that you can't get them, even if you're high enough level, until you have that particular expac. For these few lines shown with this search, the levels associated with them are all in the 52-60 range, which is RoK level range. So, the idea was probably to make these available early for TLPs, without having to wait for the expac where they were introduced. However, marking them for RoK doesn't really help, since there is no AA feature in that era. They should have marked them as SoL (Luclin).
