False message titles and why they suck!Follow

Here is a healthy rant from me. If you want information about stuff like money fast and best exp in a short amount of time try a little digging first. I am so sick and tired of false titles on messages like "CHECK THIS ONE OUT" and "HERE IS THE QUEST YOU NEED" and "UBER GIL SPOT FOUND" leading to messages that amount to "Please tell me how to make the most gil per hour." and "Where is the fastest place to level? I am on ***&&^^^ server so please send me a tell if you have anything." If you want information you need to dig for it. Using messageboard tactics like those mentioned above only make the messageboards another spam target and clutter up a valuable source of info. I love reading the boards for information on the game and can't stand seeing spam messages like the ones cluttering this Geneal Discussion board.

Ohh and another thing. You usually will never get a clear cut answer for questions like "Where is the best gil and exp spot?". Why? Because those places are are usually someones secret or they are described in bits and pieces throughout the messageboard. You must dig and explore the boards to get the most out of them. You will never get a one sentence answer that sends you off and running to collect the riches. Those secret places are protected and manipulated for as long as they can be. If you are lucky enough you might find a post with an exact spot or quest, but for the most part you need to read several posts on several boards to get any real info.

This is just something that bugs me when I come to a board to gather info. Please take it as advice and enjoy this great resource.

I have no problem with discussions about how to make gil fast and stuff, but please don't lie about your intentions to get me to read. Hate it. Makes me feel like a sucker.
