Ok, I'd like to try to put the new changes into perspective, as a previous poster tried to do.
124,000 is certainly a large number - lets break it down:
First, pretend that the average party lasts 4 hours (yes, I know they don't, but this is an example problem):
124,000/4 = 31,000
31,000 is still a large number, lets break it down a little further, and imagine that your party averages 4,000 xp per hour.
31,000/4,000 = 7.75
So; with this change, at these figures, the difference between lvl 75 before this last update and now is
7.75 Parties
Yes, your milage may vary... but 7.75 Parties parties is probably about the same amount that the xp chain addition and raised xp cap on mobs lowered the original journey to 75.
I'm sure at the time, those players who had made it to 75 with those 7.75 extra parties were very upset that a bunch of n00b players (meaning everyone who didn't get to 75 before xp chains and raised xp cap) were going to get "a Free ride" to level 75.
I urge you to remember, people will still be LFG; they will still have to pass the 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70 cap battles. They will have to learn the skills in order to be allowed into your parties or hnmls.
