After they got bought by Google it's just a tad commercialized...the majority of most viewed and even top-rated are hacked, so the only FFXI videos that are popular are ones made by Gilsellers and ones about killing Gilsellers (Alot of hacking goes on at Youtube). Perfect example, the kid who did College Saga has not seen 1,000,000 videos.
The best I've seen there is by a Japanese player called SAITAMAS. His videos are a mix of FFXI and Uncharted Waters Online.
Japanese wedding commercial promoting both PS2 and FFXI is good for a laugh.

This isn't about the ethics endorsed by the creators or owners of Youtube.
The point of this thread to is to share videos that are viewed by either 100,000 people or 100 people.
I want the FFXI community to know there are some truly astounding videos made that should be known to a large portion of us. Especially those who take an interest in FFXI fan made video media.
I don't add videos to the list based on what YOUTUBE thinks of it, whether it got feature or not I don't care. If it's FFXI based I want people to see it.

np np. I understand how many people feel about youtube and it's slow progression into a major advertising centre but I'd rather this thread not get derailed into that kind of discussion.

I dare some one to make a Taru vid like the "beans" today... with the chat log showing. More gil than RMT have in stock says there'd be RMT accusations/checks in every frame... (Assuming not every one is a conspiracy theorist... luckily the RMTs are low on stock ^.~)
