PC users: Did you think you’re getting WotG tomorrow…Follow
For those whose stores are saying they do have it, where are you located at?
Man you are not going to believe this, I call up 2 gamestop and both of them say they won't be getting the pc version in till like the 23 or the 26. I was saying WTH.

That's true. However, I figure that being able to jump into the thick of things while everything is new is worth the twelve dollars. :)
Not very economical of me, but I figure that if I take advantage of this, I'll be able to level up pretty much every job I'll ever want to play to 37 in the first week, due to the influx of low level jobs. :D
My gamestop web order shows processing if that's any help.
Best Buy here in Canada says that the PC version is 'in transit'.
The guy didn't even check up for the game when I asked him, so he must be getting bombarded with calls right now. :P

Long Beach CA here..all stores says they have them/getting them today and tomorrow.
I hit up all the game stores today, and they all said the same thing. It ships on the 21st, arrives on 22nd(Thanksgiving) and I can buy it on Friday the 23rd.

Called my local game store and they said they just got in a big shipment and are still going through it. Said to call back in an hour or two. Hoping they have it. :D
I guess they want to make sure the Japanese get a head start.

I just called Best Buy in my area (Auburn Hills, MI, if that helps anyone, doubt it) and they have 3 on hand, and the old lady said she would hold one for me.
Only advice I can give is call every EB Games, Gamestop, Best Buy withing 50 miles of you. :D

I called EB Games earlier here in Winnipeg and they said they'd have it in tomorrow (also didn't have to check, she knew right away). Of course, they also said they lost my pre-order information, and I paid in full.

For some reason, I sorta knew something like this was going to happen.
Maybe this is a sign. Maybe Unicorn is apologizing to me for messing up my ToAU mission zerg from 29-44 over the weekend.
Maybe I'm SUPPOSED to go finish ToAU tonight or tomorrow.

Yeah, I went to preorder online when I saw the estimated arrival time to be next monday... I'm going to the store to pick mine up later.

1. How would they have a head start when only the PC version is "delayed"?
2. The PS2/360 versions are still on time.

I can also report that Gamestop is giving odd inconsistant responses between stores. I called 3 stores near my job in Anahiem: One said they'd have it on the 22nd, one said tomorrow, and one said it should be there today. I also called the one near my house where I pre-ordered and they said they don't know if it is in this shipment or tomorrows.

Seriously, you won't be @#%^ing happy until SE releases a full sized Bahamut avatar you can @#%^ing ride and use to kill players that annoy you, one shot AV/PW/Shinryuu, and burn the FFXI nations to the @#%^ing ground for fun. All while actually restoring mp used instead of costing any.

The store I did both of my pre-orders (one for me and one for the wife) just told me the same thing. Guess the strugle to figure out how I'm going to play both Mass Effect and FFXI at the same time has been put to rest.

4/9 Gamestops I called in and around LB gave me:
"It SHOULD be in this shipment and if it isn't, check back tomorrow."
Called Gamestop,going to pick up mine and my roomates now...BTW we live Arkansas...I hope everyone else has GL on getting theres on time...:)
Just another prime example of how SE rarely considers the time and money spent by NA and EU players over JP. They release an expansion during the 2nd biggest holiday in the US. Regardless of nationality or origin, people either have the day off or celebrate Thanksgiving. CoP was also done during a major US holiday. Even if you don't consider shipping issues, which may or may not be SE's fault, it's still irresponsible. Now 35% of the players are likely to have to miss the thrill of exploring new zones with their pals. If anything will deter me from participating in a new MMO by SE, it's things like this.

So do..some don't, I don't exactly see American/European companies abiding by Japanese holidays and standards.......

Just called my local gamestop and the Orcish Fodder on the phone told me it would be in stores on the 21st. {Hmmm.}
