Btw, does anyone know exactly when Vanafest starts? Family-free for the weekend, so kinda hoping to be awake in time and just settle in for a nice long update-filled day. So far, my google-fu has failed me.

It's a one day event, only on Sunday, Feb. 28th, 2010. Sadly, this time it's not a weekend-long event, like other times.

I'm guessing the whole Japanese thing makes it useless for her to go and stare at people talking.

Nice work, guys.

They can dress up some ostriches or emus with lots of bright yellow feathers and ride in to full fanfare, though Sage Sundi needs to ride in on one with red feathers. "Red like Ferrari!".

Nope. Can't get to Japan because her hovercraft is full of eels. And it's not just full of eels sitting at the docks waiting for a 3 hour tour either. The eels took it down to Tonga for a joyride. Pesky eels.

It's pretty freaking expensive to send me to a one day event in Japan.

And sadly, I only know enough Japanese to ask to use the bathroom so that I can cut class. lol

You are correct, and being Hawaiian, she should know the language very well, after all, the islands in the Pacific are belong to Japan.
