Pol will crash if you do this in windower. Do it only in vanilla pol.

I've try another method from youtube, another failure
it seems that those methods will not work for creating new account

It should work just fine, I think the real issue is that SE doesnt take prepaid cards. Least thats what I was lead to believe.

Then im wrong. i thought some stuff like greendot or whatever didnt work. Its been a long time since I looked into exactly what they would take.

or you can call SE and have them do a non-3D card over the phone. Took me 10 minutes. 5 of which was entering everything on their site to get a ticket number. Also, you need the exact error code you get when you try to set up an account using a non-3D card.

I just found out that Squenix customer support assistance only work for US/Canada citizen..

I also found out that you can go to a bank's website and it would tell you if they have 3d secure available.

For example...http://www.regions.com/personal_banking/regions_safeguards.rf
