Just posting my findings. Probably not enough to catch some of the rare outliers (especially with the gathering classes), but still some good data nevertheless. Thanks to Calinon for providing some of the data. Note that all drops include 6 silver, and the quantity of the amount of listed items that drop varies between 1-3 (except for dissolvants which only ever drop 1).

I haven't kept hard data on my findings. From battle classes and miner, I've got everything you have listed. The only extra thing was adamantite ore from my miner.
