Can anyone explain to me how to figure out your cap levels on your different attributes such as INT/WIZ/STA/STR, etc.???

255 to level 60, then 5 / level above that. Planar Power AAs raise the cap by 5 for each rank as well. And depending class, Int or Wis can be raised further with other AAs. Not sure if Priests and/or Casters get an innate cap rais on Wis or Int, respectively or not, but they may.
Then certain buffs can raise stat caps as well, and some other AAs, such as the DoN Tier 1 AA will raise stat caps and stats by 10. Also Tribute can raise caps as well.
With SoF expansion, heroic stats also increase caps (i.e. items with stats such as STR: 20+2 means STR cap raised 2).

I'm thinking that those Innate INT/WIZ/STA/STR, etc. AAs do nothing with your stat cap, even though it states they do... I believe I read somewhere that these are useless... I currently have 3 of those which would be a 6 point increase, but I don't see that reflected in my calculation below...
If I use your method of 255 points at Level 60, +5 points per level greater than 60, Heroic points (4), and Planar Power points (45), I hit my number on the head... I have no other AAs which reward cap increases... I do have Tribute points, but obviously nothing that reflects in my stat count so that remains to be seen...

Basics for all stats:
255 to 60
+5 / level over 60
+5 / Planar Power Rank (General AA tab)
+10 for DoN Tier 1 completed (Good Evil)
For Individual stats:
+2 / Tribute rank in that stat (cap tribute not value tribute)
+10 Wis and Int / rank for Innate Enlightenment (Archetype AA tab)
+# / Heroic Stat (Tribute and Worn) if yo have SoF expansion (Items with stats such as: STA 18+3 mean +3 to STA cap)
+5 per stat starting with Underfoot for specific Planar stat AA boosts. Previously called Earthen for Underfoot; Dreamlike for House of Thule; Veiled for Veil of Alaris
Priest Classes: +5 Wis / level above 65 - EDIT: Don't know if it was real or not, but assuming it wasn't since I can't find any word on it ever existing or not or being removed / fixed, and going with the assumption, that I made a bad addition multiple times on different priest characters at differing levels.
Buffs:
Shaman Focus Line (66+ level focus) = +Str and +Dex caps
Shaman Stamina Line (66+ level stamina) = +Sta cap
Don't remember any others off-hand.

Re-arranged some things, and added links
Looked up the Priest / Caster AA for INT / WIS it's Innate Enlightenment under Archetype, as well as checked on Priest / Caster additional Wis / Int cap raises. Fixed my bad math of level 65 not 55 ( 75 / 5 = 15 not 25 :D ).
Notes:
Yea not the Innate AA, I meant innate as in you don't buy it, it's just given to that class. I don't know 'cause I don't play Priest / Casters that much and never really cared on any that I do, since they've been maxed for a long time.
I should have redone it (the original post), as it's not very clear. So I did this one.
Others:
Looks like Priests get an innate (not the AA nor marked anywhere) Wis cap increase at some point. From examining the 80 Dru it appears to be 5 / level above level 65, but again I'm not positive, but the druid was exactly 75 over what I calculated with all other factors. There doesn't appear to be any such bonus for Casters.
