I think some bosses are slightly overtuned in nHC (Garrosh comes to mind) but overall I like the complexity of the fights. I would not propose to make it harder though. Smiley: nod
The difficulty in LFR and Flex is okay, imo. If noone would afk during a fight, if everybody had at least a basic understanding of what is going on, if everybody would gem and enchant (the cheap ones are okay, too), if the huge amount of flaming and trolling would not happen, it would be a perfectly fine experience. None of these are Blizzards fault.

LFR is a bit undertuned, but it has to be because you're taking a bunch of people and throwing them together with no coordination. If everybody gemmed, enchanted, if everybody knew the fights, and everybody knew how to play their class with a moderate degree of skill, the fights in LFR would be ridiculously easy. LFR is made the way it is because Blizzard knows that a LOT of people are going in there with subpar equipment doing less than half of the DPS they should and they know that at least 4-5 people avg per boss fight are going to die to easily avoided mechanics, etc.

Ah, this brings back memories of a SoO run with a 30k DPS Huntard. Worst part: He was 10th on the damage meter.

Crappy PUGs aside, I really don't like how there are so few Patchwerk fights in the raids. Sure, it's boring, unless you're running a Feral Druid. Then Patchwerk rotation is still JOHN ******* MADDEN. My Ovale script goes totally ******* in there. Trinket procs and now I'm supposed to spam Rake instead of Mangle. CC procs and now I'm supposed to use Shred instead of Rake. Trinket fades, so now it's back to Mangle. CC proc w/o trinket means Thrash. WHAT THE ACTUAL ****?! Who designed this?

Blizz appears to think that no average player should ever think about playing Feral Druid in a raid setting.

Seriously, the skill required for that class is so utterly ridiculous, and you do absolute crap DPS if you don't do ridiculous amounts of research (or use an addon), and catch all of your GCDs, because missing just a couple hurts DPS bad.

They really need to bring Feral closer in line to other classes. I'm not asking for Arcane Mage, but something between what it is now and Arcane Mage would be nice.

One shouldn't need an addon that tells you what button to hit next just to play a class somewhat close to effectively.

But then I've also been very vocal about how much the Combo Point System absolutely Blows.

Monk has shown us that there's a better way to do Energy-based classes.

The combo points system is pretty outdated. Chi mechanic is like combo points, except you apply the combo points to yourself instead of your target. This makes the Monk superior in every fight that includes target swaps, which is like 90% of all the fights.

Not to mention, Chi attacks do not require energy (at least WW's don't), whereas you need energy for CP builders AND energy for finishers, so if you're out of energy you literally have nothing to do while you wait to get enough energy to do something.

At least with a Monk, you can Jab, and then Tiger Palm, then Jab and do a couple kicks... while you're doing the palms/kicks, the two GCDs (Jab's and the Palm/Kick's) gives your energy time to regenerate (though you WILL eventually run out of both Chi AND Energy, but that's what the energy brew is for). It isn't almost 100% out of energy like Rogue/Feral is.

Yeah, I cry salty tears of jealousy whenever I'm playing my Monk. More fun to tank with and more fun to pewpew with.

Pretty sadface.
