Well, the weekend passed quietly, but with modest success.
WOW: Got the old Hunter that last little bit to hit 90 and hit the Timeless Isle long enough to start getting some gear. The RNG actually coughed up a Burden for him in the first few chests. Yay! I'll accept that as a sop for us not seeming to have had Day of the Dead here -- couldn't find the NPCs and it wasn't on the calendar when I logged on with the Chinese client.
RL: The Tyger and I had a nice time on Saturday. She's really very pleasant and cheerful, but she's so calm about things that there isn't much to write about. Aside from that, I've finally gotten around to watching Bleach and I'm enjoying it much more than I expected.
Yeah, I shave my head so bad hair days are ones with stubble, bad air days on the other hand ... Here's hoping that the weekend went well, you enjoy your Day of the Dead pet, and that the RNG didn't abuse you too badly!

Bleachs first story arc until maybe episode 70 or so is still one of my favourite 'superpower anime' stories evar. Sadly the show lost most of its punch after that (at least for me) thanks to awful and plentiful filler arcs.
WoW:
- Run Ulduar, DS and Mogu for their mountdrops. <- No.
- Raid on Sunday. <- Yes. Killed Thok and everything before him. One piece of loot dropped I was interested in and I lost the roll.
- Level some more pets to 25. With my current pool of 52 maxlevel rare pets I stand no chance at the Celestial Tournament. A good portion of my maxlevel pets are Critters and Beasts I caught in Pandaria and that happened to be rare so I leveled them first. But after realizing that many of them are just not that good I'm now concentrating on leveling select pets. Hopefully I can start winning in the tournament in one or two weeks. <- Have 3 new level 25 pets.
- Level my alts a bit. <- Gained two levels on my Shaman and a third of a level on my mage. I'm such a slacker.
- Run ZG every day and Vortex Pinnacle as often as I can stomach. I want those mounts. <- Did ZG every day and not once entered the Vortex. No mounts.
RL:
- Tonight I'll visit a friend and we will play Magic and the Lord of the Rings LCG. <- Meal was great and the games were fun.
- Tomorrow another friend visits me and we'll be playing the Lord of the Rings LCG, too, and also the Star Wars LCG. <- Did have a good time playing and catching up. We don't see each other too often.
- Diploma thesis, ugh. <- Kinda.

Game - Was busy or exhausted most of the weekend, only played about an hour saturday morning, did some of the holiday festivities but nothing was accomplished.
RL - Friday was friend gathering for the stepdaughter so mostly was preparing food and getting organized. Saturday was preparing for a Halloween party and picking up other stepdaughter, which involved 4 hours of driving ..... then cleaning and food prep and party ... Sunday was installing some doors for my office and then relaxing, watched The Walking Dead and some Dexter, was way too fast of a weekend.
Week - start drumming up some clients and try to game as I can, still gotta reach cap ...

I skipped a lot of rep on my main in the rush through Pandaria, so I'm going to run up more Shado Pan rep to obtain the newer weapon enchantments. WoW: Got the pally to Northrend, quested in Howling Fjord for the first time on Alliance, pretty good times. Ran Utgarde Keep a couple times, dinged 70. Got insanely lucky with the monk on TI, managed to squeeze out two dropped Burdens plus one from the Blazing Chest in the course of a half hour. His healing set is coming along nicely. Logged onto the former main and ran Karazhan up to the chess event. Still love that place.
RL: MSU pounded the Wolverines, much to my delight. Voice is hoarse from cheering all the sacks. Kids had fun on field trips.

Uhhh, I didn't see any friends, because things came up. Friend I was going to watch Portlandia with extended a short trip an extra day, and the Bday thing didn't happen.

Hit DMF for profession points and maybe an heirloom or two if I have enough tokens.
Isle of Thunder on 90 DK. I'm checking it out for the first time. So far, I'm not too thrilled by it, but I'll see it through. See if I can get some pets off the Isle.

Yay! Macabre Marionette times three.
Visited DMF on all four toons. Got two more heirlooms and building toward another. Still no pet from that %^&* that talks like Johnny Depp.
Leveling - did a smidge on Pally (now 52) and Druid (now 53), no levels on Priest. Not sure why, I just haven't been in the mood for running the priest.
Isle of Thunder...not so much, but did get a couple new pets.

Hockey was fun. We won a close 2-0 game. Nice hard game without extra BS. And, I had a goal. Woot!
Dinner with the parents was okay. There are getting old and acting it, ugh. Surprisingly, my mom's spaghetti was meh. Not like her at all, maybe she did it on purpose cause it was for my dad. lol.
Random mundane around the house...check.
Good hike on the mountain...check.
