Smiley: lol The Spring Semester kicks off tomorrow, and bad air has not played well with my CPAP. I'm going to put this up now because I suspect that I'm not going to be getting up early and I may just fall asleep when I come home.

WoW: There were many, many pet battles and I plan to grind a couple more pets to 23 before the night winds down. My Worgen, Zevon, should be ready to step into Outland in just a couple more battles. I'll take a half-hearted shot or two at the mount, but the drop rate is so annoyingly low I really don't have much inspiration.

RL: Bad air won out over getting anything done. I wanted to go out to get groceries at the wholesale market, or at least get more ephedrine and diphenhydramine, but I just couldn't face it (and some folks are still blasting away with fireworks). I did stumble out briefly on Saturday to grab survival level groceries and a roast duck, but it was rough. Sunday, there was nothing, absolutely nothing that could make me go out in that stuff. Except the Tyger. [I really wish I had the "nothing is stronger than love, except a tiger" link] She got back today and despite being exhausted wanted to see me. It's nice to have her back.

When Monday rolls around on your side of the planet, post some tales!

I hope China gets around to fixing the air quality issue.

Go figure, in an attempt to look like they're doing something they ... have fired up another campaign against sex work. Officially, it is a crack down on corruption. I suppose there is an indirect link, the guys running the factories are probably hosting parties that would be fitting for Silvio Burlusconi.

Never again will Rhode come late with his goals/summary threads!

Ha! I'm doing well to remember which millennium I'm in. I just admitted to wearing a 20 year old shirt (Tyger liked it and asked where I got it), so this whole day thing is a bit iffy. Smiley: sly

I'm late to the party, but happy birthday!

tis my bday today, so I'm going to go hang out with my Father and we are going to go do stuff.

When I get around to playing WoW, I need to make some gold and maybe level my Druid (he has a weeks worth of rest now).

RL: Stuff, had a good weekend. Bought a bunch of stuff, spent a lot of money.

WoW: Druid leveled once, farmed and did some daily things (craft).
I really need to make some gold back, having bought that sky reaver...and lvl my druid :3

WoW:

- Finally kill Lei Shen HC and Ra-den
- Guild raid on Sundy, I want Juggernaut HC to go down this time
- Win some more PvP pet battles
- Eventboss on all 4 90s

RL:

- Tomorrow visit a friend. Some other people I haven't seen in a while are coming to her place, too. Should be fun
- study :(
- watch some movies/tv shows

Did not find a ToT HC run. In our guild raid we tried to down Sha HC and got it to below 40% several times. NO LOOT again for the first three bosses. Smiley: mad I made some progress for my daily quest/pet battle achievements and did not get the Love Rocket (unsurprisingly). I did get the Vortex Pinnacle mount after I'd guess 120-130 solo tries! Also ran Firelands HC and Ulduar but no luck there with their respective mountdrops.

In real life, I did not do much. I studied a bit and I watched some movies. Gwoemul (which did not please me at all), Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (which was rather bad, but entertaining at least) and Lincoln (which was incredibly good).

Gaming - Wife drug me back to Tera, went "elite" to level faster and free mount. Gained 2 or 3 levels on my main and 1 on my alt, ran a few instances but nothing major. War Thundered a little but did not accomplish anything.

RL - did indeed buy a firearm friday, but it was a nightmare when they lost my driver's license for an hour and a half; so much anger... but I got 15% off so that was nice. Saturday was laundry, grocery shopping, and assembling a basketball goal from Christmas. Sunday was visiting family and shooting said firearm.

Overall was a good weekend, guess I am getting old, doing little kept me wore out.

RL - In-laws are in town and staying with us for the weekend. So, we have a variety of activities to do. Playing hockey tonight. Third round of playoffs. We play tonight and if we win we play tomorrow night. If we lose, we're done. Also for hockey...U.S.A. vs. Canada today. Should be a great game. Go U.S.A.! Gold medal game on Sunday. I'll try to sneak in as much as I can pending activities with the in-laws.

WoW - Probably not going to get much done at all. Even though I'm not working today, I doubt I'll have much computer time to myself this weekend. I'm pondering switching my pally from Prot to Holy. I have really liked playing Prot, but I'm not sure I want to deal with it now that I'm into the MoP content. So, I may switch to Holy which I've played off an on since TBC, so it wouldn't be too much of a learning curve. Anyway, if I do get time on WoW, I'll work on getting my three 87s toward 88.

RL - Spent a good weekend with the in-laws. The weather is gorgeous right now (hovering around 80ish), so being outside is the way to go. My in-laws are from northeast Indiana, so it was like jumping from winter to summer for them. Friday we went to the Mystery Castle. It's a custom house built on the north side of the South Mountains in Phoenix. Interesting home built in the 1930s and 1940s using reclaimed material and rock from the mountain. Quirky and interesting. Friday night played hockey. We blew a 4-2 lead at the beginning of the third period and lost 5-4. We shouldn't have lost, but oh well. I had a goal and was a +1. So, the seaons is over. Next season, we'll be moving to another rink since the one we're at now is closing for a couple months for renovations.

Saturday, we went to the Phoenix Botanical Gardens. There is a seasonal exhibit of Chihuly glass at the garden now. There are some really cool pieces spread in and among the plants. Some are a bit tacky, in my opinion, but art being art...not everyone likes the same things. Saturday night, had dinner with my parents. Nnnzzz. Sunday, went for a drive around the valley with my farther-in-law while my wife and her mom went and did their thing. We had lunch at a western-themed restaurant in Cave Creek, and talked politics. He's a Glenn Beck follower...I'm not. Interesting conversation, to say the least. But, all in good spirits. Nothing nasty, just talking.

WoW - Didn't play. I didn't have a lot of time, and I didn't have much urge to play.

Hope everyone had a great weekend.
