I actually got this the other day, but I am now a Champion of the Frozen Wastes!

Interestingly enough, the last heroic I needed to do to complete this achievement was also the first WotLK heroic that I ended up tanking instead of dpsing. It was heroic Oculus.

Big achievement for me, because I've never been a raider in any sense of the word, and even in BC I didnt do all of the heroics. But now I've experienced a full clear of Naxx, EoE and Sarth as well as all heroics, so I'm kinda happy with my Paladin right now.

Gratz Jack :) It's funny, but Oculus is the only thing keeping me from that title too, hehe.

Woot! Grats CapJack. that's definitely an achievement that feels good :) and I think we still have several people in my guild that have H-Oculus keeping them from the title.

Finally got the T7.5 helm token and finished my entire T7.5 Holy set. I have the set-matching boots, a gold shield, a gold tabard, and a gold cloak.

Now I get to clear Ulduar in style.

Xervish of Ironforge, The Noble Champion of The Frozen Wastes. I officialy hate The Oculus.

Downed a load of 10 Man Ulduar bosses as well, and got myself a shiny shaman helm.

Healed my first WotLK instance, Nexus; I now officially hate the place.

EDIT: Ran it again today, not nearly as bad with an actual competent tank.

got kicked out of a guild for the first time. lol. they had a pally tips spot on they're guild fourms where a holy pally said he was tired of tankatards and went on to say that sor and sov is in ret tree for a reason. and pally tanks aint supose to dps. so i corrected him on the sor being in ret and told him prot pallies use them for threat. I also inspeced his duel spec to see half of the bottom half of prot wasnt used at all. he was going on about how he uses seal of light to help heal him self and make it easier on the healer. So i pointed out his build how he was missing stuff that would reduces damage we was getting along but i guess the guild thought i was rude so i got banned from site and kicked from guild. just goes to show helping others dont always work. I should have knowen better than to try to help someone. I got ******* at by a boomkin one time, that was better geared than mine when I asked him about his rotation seeing i was doing almost double his damage at the time.

but woot first time getting kicked out of a guild.

Good luck finding a better one. Gotta hate the supposed know-it-alls, who really don't know anything.

In my first ever exploit into tanking, not even glyphed yet, my armour a mix of crafted blues and Naxx drops (everything the other tanks didnt want) my guild handed my first tanking assignment. I was in charge of the adds on Sarth 10... I am used to staring at the raid ui and only actually looking at my screen when a firewall is coming and maybe moving 10 steps, and now I was chasing a load of angry fire elementals and whelps around. It was fun, but definitely a baptism by fire.
To make things clear, I hadnt even tanked a Heroic prior to coming here.

I got turning tide tonight. And then switched my dual spec to prot (was holy PVE/holy PVP) and tanked my first heroic. Kind of easy when I aquired a 30k health/540def set just from off-set rolls. Not sure if I'll keep this as dual spec, if my raid leader doesn't need me tanking anything I'll probably just go back to ret, or even holy.

But his crit is pretty low and his haste is atrocious!

Though now that I have my T8 I am just waiting for that + int trinket to drop.

Solo tanked Hodir w/o FR gear. It involved rotating all kinds of cool downs on myself, but I did it without any outside cool downs being organized. Our OT (a druid w/ a bunch of FR and the worst RNG luck in the world) went down in the first frozen blows phase and no one else was prepared to take it. It wasn't a win (DPS was too slow, and when they picked it up they got tunnel vision and eventually started going down). We killed him later, but still... 4+ minutes of solo tanking Hodir was the ****.

Meant to post this last week but forgot; solo tanked the new VoA 10man boss last week and this week. Fight goes much smoother with an extra dps:) Pugged a couple dps for it this week and i think i blew some warr tanks mind as he kept insisting it required 2 tanks but i made him dps anyway, lol.

Finally dragged my guild into ulduar 10 and found a few nice upgrades. Sitting at just over 4500 AP now, and about 33% crit. The highlight of the evening was averaging 5.5k on kologarn.

"Ahh, the MT healer is gripp- oh never mind it dropped him".

Wiped for 3 hours on Yogg, swapped with another Pally healer when I needed a break. The guild continued for another 6 hours straight and finally downed him for a server first Yogg kill. Only on 10Man, but its still a kill and it is server first.

I know this isn't as big of a deal for most of you, but for the first time in my WoW career, I have a raid-level tier piece appropriate for the maximum level of that time. I have some old tier gear, but I got it after the level cap had been raised, so it wasn't earned as much as it was just acquired. It was the tier 7 legs which were a slight boost over my current legs, although I'm no longer hit capped I'm still pretty close to it, and I'm sure I will pick it up after I get some more gear.

Finally killed General Vezax. No luck on Yogg, but I didn't expect any.

56% of total healing on the Vezax kill. Mostly because the other pally died in the first saronite cloud. She can heal, she can tank, but she just can't move.

And of course the tank wanted to make it exciting and died in the last 5 seconds, not running away from that semi-enrage thing.
