Is there any way to create a macro that would allow me to use my two instant heals and then return to cat form with one click/button push? I often need the heals when I solo an elite or a pack of mobs gang up on me.

Each heal, even if they're instant, requires a global cooldown (GCD), so you'd have to press the button multiple times.
