I was also on Garuda before it transitioned into Lakshmi and I only recognize one person on that list. Cecil. Don't even know him, I just saw his name floating lot around during my adventuring. Crazy how big the servers/communities use to be and I don't even know anyone on that list haha. SE has this thing called XI Refriender which works like Tinder almost. It's on the POL website, you should sign up and see if any one of them match you.
