What was updated about the above Avatar moves? Are they stronger, were they nerfed? Just curious, cause I have SMN as my main job.

seems like "A Knight's Boots" is a duplicate of "Knight's Boots". The link in the PLD AF2 quest points to the latter one, so i guess the "A Knight's Boots" entry is not required
