Elementals are listed as having level 18-70+ because their level varies wildly with where they are. Simply put, a thunder elemental found here will be MUCH higher level than a thunder elemental in, say, Konschtat Highlands. |

I haven't actually EXPLORED this place "physically" yet, but I have a thing for gathering information...so here goes. You do a quest to gain entrance to the teleportation device in Hall of the Gods, first off...and port to Ru'Aun. Judging by maps and about 5 million posts I've read, this |

the outpost (guy standing next to a fallen tree) is in h-8 not h-9, at least thats the last position check returned before I had to warp out after getting agg'd by a tiger. If you want to do this (supply quest) easy, you need a few silent oils, prism powders and deodorizers.

In Japanese mythology, Byakko, Genbu, Suzaku, and Seiryu are the 4 gods controlling the seasons and the weather. They're referenced in lots of anime(most notably Yu Yu Hakusho). They're also used I think for good luck(see another anime, Mahou Shoutengai Abenobashi(magical shopping district abenoba |

This is the location of a magicite for the "Magicite" mission. (The mission for rank 5) All you have to do is go up to the magicite and select it, and a cutscene will play. There's no NMs (or other monsters) to fight. (Now getting to this area...that's another story...)

From what I have heard, it takes about 50-75, level 75 players to take on Kirin (I'd assume it's a little less than that for the other beasts). He is capable of summoning the four other God beasts to fight with him (and will do it too). I've never heard people needing that much for anyone else. B |

Herhaps because this isn't Valkurm, and the heat symbol is highly unlikely to appear here. It's a glacier.
If you need to know when the fire symbol is on, check the weather person in Selbina, s/he's on the top of the Weaving Guild building. |

How to access Tu'Lia:
Accessing Tu'Lia (Ru'Ann Gardens) requires completing the first 13 missions of the JPN expansion 'Rise of the Zilart'. You can only begin these quests when your Country Rank is 6 or better. My part |
