Getting Around

You can reach the Tranquil Sea by using any world bell. There is no direct connection between the Tranquil Sea and the Phantom Sea, but you can fly between them or artisans over level 20 can buy one-use travel baubles from Shazra at Sapswill's Rest to get you between Highhold and Refuge.

This series starts with a mail from Captain Ethan Darani. Pre-requisites: Level 95 and ownership of Altar of Malice
