Talk with Anteros in Sanctum at Artisans Hall once you have reached at least Level 10. Description Level 10 [Craft] Crafting Ingots Make three steel ingots from the Iron Ore found in Tolbas Forest, and take them to Anteros. Steel Ingot (3) Basic Reward XP † 3,000  Design: Steel Dagger (PW/AA)
