Been camping for what seems like years now. I have let many a pair of slippers rot but have never seen him drop the BP. a couple notes you can use the mob that pops in front of the hut with the creats as a timer. there is a little notch in the wall nearby that is safe to sit in when its time for the luggads to run around they seem to all move at once in a clockwise direction easy to avoid and a small agro radius. Kill the timer mob in front of the creats then the mob in the center hut then the PH for the warmaster. You want to kill these to get them out of the way the warmaster breaks root often so you will need the room. Dont forget to loot those mobs they drop gems and the golden trinket, the almost always drop parts ie (troll parts, DE parts, gnome meat etc. which sell just as well as foraged items in the bazaar)they also drop vender trash weapons, (3pp to 5pp with a cha of 135) and of course the finger bones for that little quest. Just to the left of the warmasters hut is a piggy which is easily charmed and is PH for named pig. You wont get rich camping this mob but it is a nice living. It is a very boring camp but during the 22 minute spawn time druids can make extra cash porting people out. Lesser succor takes you right to the light house very convient to sell and bank or to pick up paying customers for a quick trip to POK. Just bind in that little notch to avoid the run through the tunnle this is a nice safe spot just dont die there lol. Have fun and remember always tip the waitress
Both times it took about 2-3 hours for him to appear. I was killing many of the MOBS in the neighboring huts the first time and the second time to save mana just the MOBS in his hut. All you need to do is kill off the ones that appear in his hut. The Warmaster will eventually appear. Both my drops were the slippers which is what I was really after. If you're killing off the other mobs some of the drops are worth 75 pp and finger bones drop if you need them for the bone quest.
I did the camp for 3 hours with nothing then he spawned twice in a row. Dropped the slippers the first time and then the BP the second. I haven't really see anything about the BP he drops so here are the stats.
30ac 6sta 6 wis 6int 20hp and 20 mana.
Other than that, he spawns where the previous posts have said. GL.
The placeholders are the residents and common stuff found in that particular area can be gnome troll de etc will not be a luggald. An easy camp especially with zoneline right there.
Got the slippers after camping his spawn point for about 3 hours. Few tips--Watch for the wandering lugguld. They can really do some damage if you arent ready for em. Just one wandering around though. For necros, all i did is send in pet and put all my dots(dooming, splurt, ignite bones, bond of death) on him as quick as i could cuz he was really nailing my pet. I then rooted him and pulled back pet. Root holds for about 15 seconds so be ready to recast. I wouldnt fear cuz you will draw aggro from others. He didnt resist too much. Hope you get the slippers!
I started camping this guy at 2:00pm. He popped after the second PH and dropped the slippers. After about 3 more PH's he popped, dropped the slippers... It's 2:11 AM now, and I haven't seen him since. Waiting 20 minutes for a pop is one thing. Waiting 20 minutes over and over just to see a stinkin' gnome pop is just retarted... I am only camping BP for a friend which makes it even less of an insentive for me to stick around. But I just keep telling myself..."Ok I'm only staying for one more pop." UGH!
I found this guy in one of the huts near the Dulak entrance. He was d.blue to me and has quite a bit more HP's than the other citizens/commoners, etc. I pulled him with Slow, and stacked both Plague and E-Bolt on him. Both Dots wore off before he was dead but he was at 11% by the time they wore off, so Cujo finished him off. He hit in the 100's occasionally, likes to double attack. He dropped the caster slippers, I was hoping for something a little more valuable but I'll take em all the same.
