Buffalo Leather
I was soloing off of snolls and buffalos at 58 and can confirm that they do drop the hides. Very very rare, but they do fall.

I agree, I also started getting this recipe at lvl 39. Too bad Buffalo Hides are like 30k on my server

I got this recipie at level 40 Leathercraft:
1x Dark Crystal
1x Willow Log or 1x Clump of Windurstian Tea Leaves
1x Flask of Distilled Water
1x Buffalo Hide
I have no clue what level this caps at though.

If you are planning on getting CoP then you will see the buffalos. So I guess from thier hides we will be able to make leather.
um, how wud u get buffalo hide????????? ive never heard of a buffalo running around..................*confused*
buffalos are all over the place in uleguerand range (sp?)
there are Buffalo, Giant Buffalo, and King Buffalo there.
only gotten the hide off of the king buffalos so far, but that's because i fight them constantly, whereas the giant and regular buffalos are too easy to be worth my time.
