One of the benefits of the shigeto bow, is the huge delay it has, allowing for Barrage to return lots of TP. This is a better DOT bow, but you should be DOTing with Soboro as SAM/RNG.
This could potentially be a step up from a Shigeto Bow for Samurai, but still a notch below a Shigeto Bow +1. The enhanced Resist Blind combined with Samurai's natural Resist Blind could provide a pretty hefty resistance as well. Would definitely be interested in seeing some phrases with this bow against Shigeto Bow.
