to activate the latent effect your health have to be in yellow and you have to have less than 100 TP.

Anyone know how to activate the latent effect? It goes when you're in at least yellow health, but aside from that I can't seem to get it to work.
The effect is 10 extra damage and stun seems to land more often and longer, though not by much.
Just equip it in your weapon bash macro, for how little it costs it's not that bad
