Dismayers are fairly easy to get to for this drop - goto den of rancor in 2nd jungle - hug the right hand wall all the way and you'll come to another entrance for the temple.
Dismayers here right by zone. ALso Maladictors drop blm testimony which i had a few times whilst trying to get my own
Also area for offering for carby mitts
At 70 smn was able so solo everything comfortably.

What is the 5th limit supposed to be?
1st limit: ability to go from 50 to 55
2nd limit: ability to go from 55 to 60
3rd limit: ability to go from 60 to 65
4th limit: ability to go from 65 to 70
5th limit: ability to go from 70 to 75
IE: level cap quests.
