the reason that thf or rng or ninja cant use this is because this is a cape, not a mantle.
for the most part, whm,blm,rdm,brd, and smn sre the only ones who can use capes. hope this helps

Well Why then can i use bat cape as a Ninja?
well, batman was kind of a ninja, why wouldn't u be able to wear his bat cape?

maybe thf cant use it cuz they get enough eva gear and they have high eva as is, but im just guessing not really sure, would be nice to have for my thf tho, as for the rest of the jobs that cant use it like rng and nin, beats me. i would assume nin would get the most out of and kinda weird how they cant use it , o well ><
just wondering, why can't a thf, nin,or rng use this cape? it seems like they would really benefit from its stats...kinda like the aspir knife where only non-mage classes can equip it but the ones who benefit from it cant. not saying that mages couldnt use an extra +5 evasion now and then but most mages have capes to improve INT or MND.
