I imagine these are nice to decrease resists, i am using them for my 65 blm soloing Qiqirn Enterprisers, i macro in the wizard's tonbons for drains/aspirs.
I've got the BLM Af2 pants now, Sorcerer's Tonban, but was wondering if druid's would be a better choice overall. i've noticed that the Af pants increase damage if day matches the spell, but when im in an exp party, im only casting one spell regardless of day. so maybe i should just save these for thunderday. i know druid's would decrease my chances of being resisted so i might cave in and buy them. anyone's opinions/observations are greatly appreciated.
In XP pt @lvl75 you rarely fight any IT or IT+ mobs, so resists shouldnt be a prob at all. Endgame BLM is all about +DMG except when ur off fighting some 80+ HNM/GODs and even there you should test it since BLM elemental skill is good and there's more then enough stuff for a BLM to increase it even more.
I submitted a fashion shot, we'll see if they use it. The lower half of the legs on these looks like a white shin guard sort of thing you'd more expect to see on a PLD.
It's nice to be out of my skin tight Custom Pants after 37 levels wearing them though. :-)
They are going for 700k on Hades, but the extra Elemetal Magic skill has made a nice dent in resist rates which were at a irritatingly high level on the gobs in the bottom of Bibiki Bay and the dhamels in the middle.
They're good all the way to 75 and you can wear them fighting Kirin, so I'd recommend picking them up if you can. Now to mine Newton Movalopolos for a month or two so I can afford an Elemental Torque. ^.^;
Finally was able to get them by shouting in jueno, there have been none in stock at AH for awhile and last price was 500k (on titan). Anyhow someone heard my plea of "Driud's Slops do you have them, sell? 550k reward you can have this" :P got my slops hit lvl 64 that night and yes they are worth eeevery penny^^
